Ce projet est composé de 5 mini complexes (Riviera, Lake Side, Hawaii, Maldives et Island) y compris 1550 unités de logement et maisons d’été.

De plus, le complexe dispose d’une zone de services proposant une gamme complète d’activités de loisirs et de services, notamment quatre piscines (dont une piscine couverte pour les femmes), un parc aquatique, un centre commercial avec des restaurants, cafés, lacs industriels et cascades.
